The craft

Don't be a one-trick pony.

The more systems you understand, the more problems you can solve and the more opportunities you can take on. CCS goes beyond one coating or one type of floor. Learn the systems, techniques, equipment, and decisions that make you a more well-rounded installer and contractor.

What's inside CCS

Five ways to learn. One school.

CCS is a broader concrete and coatings trade school—not just an epoxy course, a video library, or a coaching program. It combines five distinct ways to learn, all built from real field experience.

01

Technical Training

Structured Classroom curriculum that teaches you how to do the work—systems, steps, processes, techniques, preparation, installation, and troubleshooting.

02

Tools, Products & Materials

Education around equipment, tooling, products, and materials—where they make sense, how they're used in the field, and their limitations.

03

Real-World Training

See how the work actually happens. Real FloorRescue jobs, shadow training, hands-on classes, private training, and manufacturer collaborations.

04

Business Training

Pricing, estimating, sales, relationships, customer experience, systems, operations, crews, leadership, and growth.

05

Community & Ongoing Learning

Ask questions, share jobs, discuss problems, learn from other contractors, and keep learning from new field situations.

Real-world training

The classroom teaches it. The field shows you what really happens.

A perfect slab and a perfect jobsite don't exist. Inside CCS, you'll see training from actual FloorRescue jobs, hands-on classes, shadow training, contractor collaborations, manufacturer training, and projects where things don't always go according to plan. You'll see the decisions, adjustments, problems, and lessons that happen when you're actually doing the work.

Learn the business

Knowing how to do the floor is only half the job.

You can be a great installer and still struggle to build a strong business. A strong contracting business is built on more than knowing how to install a floor.

It's pricing the work correctly. Building relationships. Following through on what you say you're going to do. Showing up with commitment and integrity. Creating systems that keep jobs organized. Having the capacity to meet demand. Keeping your crews efficient and your projects on schedule.

CCS teaches the business side alongside the craft because becoming a better installer and becoming a better contractor go hand in hand.

Built from the field

I built CCS from the same work I still do today.

In the trade since 2004.

I've spent more than 20 years working in concrete, coatings, and custom floor systems.

FloorRescue started with $391 and grew into a 7-figure business by learning the craft, solving problems, working through failures, taking care of customers, and continuing to expand what we could do.

But I never stopped doing the work. Concrete & Coatings School is where I take those years of real-world experience and pass them on to installers and contractors who want to get better at the craft and the business.

The goal isn't to teach you one system. It's to help you become a more well-rounded contractor.

Trust in the Rescue.
